Everyone Counts, a San Diego company that provides online voting technology, has been selected by the Colorado Secretary of State to implement a new ballot delivery system to serve military personnel and other overseas voters.
The new electronic voting system will replace traditional vote-by-mail for overseas residents. Online ballot access will be provided to Colorado’s military and other overseas citizen voters in 64 counties. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
