We received notification on June 3, 2013, from the Small Business Clinic at Michigan State University’s Law College that our application has been approved by the IRS.
We are now legally and officially a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation. All donations to MiCOG are now tax deductible to the full extent of the law. We recommend you consult your tax adviser.
