A Menifee councilwoman’s request for the names of people seeking city records has some frequent requesters crying foul.
Darcy Kuenzi has asked the city clerk for a report on the number of requests the city has received under the California Public Records Act, who made them and how much time city staff members spent filling the requests. Kuenzi said she wants to demonstrate to the public that a lot of time and effort is going into the requests.
