Around-the-clock footage from hundreds of government surveillance cameras in Fort Collins can be viewed on demand and is readily available to police without a warrant.

The city manager is aware of about a dozen occurrences of questionable ethics or disturbing behavior by city staff during the past year.

Emails and documents exchanged by members of the city’s Executive Leadership Team, made up of department heads and top-level city administrators, provide a window into conversations held during weekly closed-door meetings. Some of the discussions are not shared immediately — or at all — with residents or the City Council members elected to represent them.
