Gov. Tom Corbett administration’s records denials called public ‘abuse’

But observers say the administration’s actions tell a different story. Based on state government record request denials that have made their way to the Office of Open Records — the state’s independent arbiter of whether a government record is public or exempt from the Right to Know Law — the Corbett administration has denied a wide range of requests.
