A Tarrant County grand jury indicted Forest Hill Mayor Gerald Joubert Wednesday on charges of tampering with a government record.
The grand jury ruled that Joubert did not properly witness signatures on petitions to recall former councilwoman Stephanie Boardingham. (Read more here…)
