When: May 7 - 8, 2010
Registration fee: $95.00.
Where: Hyatt Arlington.
How: There are four ways to register for the conference:

- To register by phone (with credit card information only), call 573-882-4349 or toll-free 866-682-6663; please have all information completed on this PDF form to expedite the process.
- To register via fax, submit a completed PDF form (Attn: Christine Pickett) to 573-882-1953 with hard copy of approved purchase order/billing authorization or credit card information.
In addition to all panels, included in the registration fee are Friday's and Saturday's lunches and a continental breakfast Saturday morning at the annual members meeting.

Hotel Reservations
Conference participants are responsible for making their own reservations.
Hotel reservations must be received on or before Friday, April 16, 2010 in order to receive the NFOIC-discounted rate of $109.00 per night.

Once there, the code already is entered in the appropriate field; all you need do to begin the reservation process is personalize your arrival and departure dates (and number of guests) to fit your needs and click Search Rooms to begin the registration process.
