Conference participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations at the Madison Concourse Hotel (more info below).
Reservations must be received by 11:45 p.m. CST Sunday, April 15, 2012, in order to receive the NFOIC-discounted rates.
The rate is $119.00 for single/double occupancy until date and time noted above. After that, the selling rate will apply.
You may reserve your room in one of two ways:
1) Call the Madison Concourse Hotel directly at (800) 356-8293. Mention "FOI Summit-National Freedom of Information Coalition" when reserving your room and receive the special rate, or
The reservation cut-off date is 11:45 p.m. CST Sunday, April 15, 2012. Any individual reservations or rooming list received after the cut off date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. After the cut-off date, all unused guest rooms will be released for general sale unless guaranteed by the Group.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
Arrangements have been made for each individual to pay for his/her guest room, tax and incidental charges.
Parking charges are based on the prevailing rate at the time of function. The current rate is $1.50 per hour up to a maximum of $17 per day. The rate for overnight guests is $10. Additional parking facilities are located within one block of the hotel.
All individual reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
All reservations cancelled after 4:00 p.m. C.S.T. 24 hours prior to arrival and all "no shows" will be charged one night room and tax.
